Justworks Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Justworks works to build a supportive, open, collaborative environment for their employees. One way Justworks champions inclusivity is through their Employee Resource Groups. Through a collaborative process supported by generous guidance from ERG leads and members, we developed a system of logos and mini-identities for each group. Logo designs were developed through workshops that helped us to understand each group’s most important values, and to translate these concepts into imagery.
